• Blue Team Services: SOC building, threat hunting, and security monitoring
• GRC Services: Compliance consulting for ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SAMA regulations
• All services are provided according to agreed-upon scope and terms in individual service agreements

Service Delivery

• Services are delivered by qualified cybersecurity professionals
• Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements
• We strive to maintain the highest standards of service quality and professionalism

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our services
• Using information obtained from our services to harm third parties
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when engaging with us
• Reproducing, duplicating, or reselling our services without authorization
• Using our deliverables for purposes outside the agreed scope

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and proposals
• All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is due according to the schedule specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

Our Property

• All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or licensed to us
• Our methodologies, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent

Client Deliverables

• Reports and findings specific to your engagement become your property upon full payment
• Generic tools and methodologies used in engagements remain our property
• Specific IP rights are detailed in individual service agreements

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized modifications to our deliverables
• Cybersecurity assessments identify vulnerabilities at a point in time; we cannot guarantee complete security
• Clients are responsible for implementing recommended security measures

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and findings
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request
• Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We do not disclose client names or engagement details without explicit consent
• All staff are bound by confidentiality obligations

• Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement
• We may terminate services immediately for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services
• Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination
